Loaner Rental Program

How it Works

If you would like to rent a ventilator for the period of time that yours is with us, you can sign up for our Loaner Rental Program.

• Request a loaner while providing your Return Authorization number for your repair/service in the notes section.  We will send you the documents.  Or, you may print here, read, sign and return to us as directed on the form.
• Once we receive your form, your credit card will be charged for the initial rental period, as well as shipping of the unit to you and then back to us upon completion of the rental term.
• We will send you a loaner ventilator for a two-week period.  (Rental period begins from dock date of receipt at your facility.)  Should you wish to keep the unit longer, your credit card on file will be charged again for another two-week period.  Otherwise, pack the unit up in the original packaging and send back to us using the label we provide to you via email.  
• Please note we have a limited supply of Loaners to offer.  We will advise you if there may be a waiting period to receive one.  We allow one rental out at a time per Customer.
• Loaner Rental Program is for Domestic US customers only.
