If you are having problems with your Ventilator, or would just like routine maintenance performed on it, send it in to us for our Calibration & Cleaning Service.
- Use our Return Authorization Request Form to obtain a return authorization number.
- Once you have your RA, ship your machine back to us. Please only send the blue controller & black bellows base assembly. No hoses, mounting plate, or bellows/housing are needed, unless you feel they are part of the issue.

- Once your unit is in house, a technician will inspect it and generate a quote based on their findings. If there are additional parts or services your unit requires they will be added to the quote and explained to you by the technician. You will be contacted to approve the quote and then remit payment.
- The technician will then perform the work and send your unit back.
- Most cleaning & calibrations will take approximately 2 weeks from receipt of the unit.
